Delivery is FREE for UK orders over £50
Delivery for UK orders under £50 is £3.95
Next Working Day delivery for UK orders (excluding Northern Ireland) is £6.95. The cut-off time for Next Working Day orders to be dispatched same-day is 12pm, any orders placed after this will be dispatched the following working day. For example, if you placed a Next Working Day Delivery order after 12pm on a Monday, we’ll dispatch it on Tuesday so it will reach you by Wednesday. A working day is defined as Monday – Friday. Therefore, if you order on a Friday or a weekend, we’ll dispatch it on the following Monday. We also can’t dispatch orders on Bank Holidays.
We make every effort to deliver your order within the stated delivery windows, but please be aware that we can’t always guarantee this. Our courier will attempt to deliver to your address and a card will be left if you are not in. Please call the number on the card to make alternative delivery arrangements.

Returning an Item
You can return your item for free within 14 days of receipt of your order by using our simple returns process provided by DPD. Simply click on the DPD logo below to learn more and start returning your item.
If we are in a position to do so, we shall replace faulty or damaged products. The replacement goods shall be redelivered at our cost. In the event we are unable to replace the products, our total liability shall be limited to refunding you in full for the cost of the products (plus delivery).

Cancelling your Order
You may only cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This includes items ordered by you in error and items that are no longer required. To cancel you must email us as soon as possible before your order has been dispatched. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used to place your order. Cancellation requests should reference your order number and be sent to customer.services@westpointhome.co.uk.
